The Premium Package includes the following services:

In addition to the items outlined in the Plus Package the premium package provides a Corporate Record Keeper .

Suncrest Corporate Services will receive from you required and relevant information in order to process your filing, prepare the necessary incorporation documents, arrange for execution of those documents by you, receive and review the executed incorporation documents and arrange for registration and filing of same with the Companies Registry of Saint Lucia.

You will receive your original incorporation document, stamped and filed with the Companies registry. You will also receive a corporate Seal. The corporate Seal is used in formalizing the execution of important corporate documents.

Suncrest Corporate Services will also attend to the preparation of and filing of your post incorporation documents, viz: organizational resolutions of the corporation, organizational minutes, bye-laws, share allotments, share certificates, Notice of Appointment of Secretary.
